Terms of Service

To use Holy Service Market, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, fees, or platform restrictions. Duplicate accounts will be terminated and associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

Holy Service Market is a peer-to-peer marketplace for NBA 2K26 digital accounts and related services. All users must comply with the following rules:

• All listings must accurately represent the item or service being sold. Misrepresenting account stats, rep level, badges, or build attributes is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending payments.
• You may not list stolen accounts, accounts created through exploitation of game bugs, or accounts obtained through unauthorized means.
• Off-platform transactions between users introduced through Holy Service Market are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to bypass our escrow system voids all platform protections and may result in permanent ban.
• You may not use the platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• You may not post spam, duplicate listings, or listings designed to artificially inflate your profile.
• Any conduct that disrupts the integrity of the marketplace, including price manipulation schemes or coordinated false reviews, is prohibited.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All transactions on Holy Service Market are conducted in United States Dollars (USD) through our payment processor, Stripe. By completing a transaction, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Platform Fee: Holy Service Market charges sellers a 7% platform fee on all completed sales. This fee is automatically deducted from the escrowed amount before disbursement to the seller. Buyers pay no platform fee.

Example: If a buyer pays $100 for an account, the seller receives $93 after the 7% platform fee ($7) is deducted.

Service order fees are structured as described in the Services section of our platform. Grinder payouts are disbursed within 1-3 business days after buyer confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 14 days notice to sellers. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of new fees.

All purchases on Holy Service Market are protected by our escrow system powered by Stripe. The escrow process works as follows:

1. Buyer submits payment. Funds are immediately captured and held in escrow. The buyer's payment method is charged at the time of purchase.
2. Seller is notified and has 24 hours to begin the account transfer process. Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in automatic refund to the buyer.
3. Seller marks the transfer complete and provides transfer confirmation to the buyer.
4. Buyer has 48 hours to confirm receipt and verify the account matches the listing. If no action is taken within 48 hours and no dispute has been filed, escrow is automatically released to the seller.
5. Once released, the platform fee is deducted and the remaining balance is disbursed to the seller within 1-3 business days.

Buyers must not release escrow if the account does not match the listing description. Releasing escrow constitutes acceptance of the transaction as complete.

If a buyer believes an account or service was not delivered as described, they may file a dispute within 48 hours of the seller marking delivery complete, provided escrow has not yet been released.

To file a dispute, users must provide documentation including screenshots, screen recordings, and any relevant communications. Disputes filed without supporting evidence may be decided in favor of the opposing party.

Our dispute team reviews all cases within 24-72 hours. Both parties will have the opportunity to submit evidence. We may contact both parties for additional information. Our decision constitutes final resolution of the dispute.

Frivolous disputes, disputes filed in bad faith, or abuse of the dispute system may result in account suspension and loss of platform protections.

We are not responsible for losses arising from off-platform transactions. Our dispute protection only covers transactions conducted through our escrow system.

The following are strictly prohibited on Holy Service Market:

• Accounts that are permanently banned or suspended by the game developer (2K Games).
• Accounts created using stolen payment methods, compromised accounts, or unauthorized exploits.
• Any real-money trading that violates the Terms of Service of the underlying game platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Steam). Users assume all risk of in-game account action.
• Listing personal information of other users without their explicit consent.
• Using the platform to conduct any illegal activity including fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or unauthorized computer access.
• Automated scraping, bots, or scripts that interfere with platform operations.
• Attempting to circumvent our identity verification, fraud detection, or payment systems.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of escrowed funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances only:

• The seller fails to initiate transfer within 24 hours of payment. A full refund is automatically issued.
• A dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor by our mediation team.
• A transaction fails due to a technical error on our part.

Refunds are not issued for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or failure to understand what was listed. It is the buyer's responsibility to review listings carefully before purchasing.

Once escrow is released by the buyer, the transaction is considered final and refunds will not be issued except in extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

By listing on Holy Service Market, sellers agree to the following obligations:

• Complete identity verification through Stripe Identity before listing any account or offering any service.
• Provide accurate, truthful listings that fully represent the account being sold, including rep tier, build attributes, badges, and any limitations.
• Initiate account transfer within 24 hours of receiving a purchase notification.
• Transfer full account credentials including the original email, password, and any recovery information as agreed in the listing.
• Not reclaim or attempt to recover an account after completing a sale. Attempting to recover a sold account constitutes fraud.
• Not list the same account on multiple platforms simultaneously. Duplicate listings are grounds for suspension.
• Respond to buyer communications within 12 hours during the active transfer window.
• Accept responsibility for any misrepresentation in their listing and cooperate with dispute resolution.

By purchasing on Holy Service Market, buyers agree to the following obligations:

• Review listings thoroughly before purchasing. Purchases are final once escrow is released.
• Confirm or dispute receipt within 48 hours of the seller marking transfer complete. Failure to act results in automatic escrow release.
• Not file false or frivolous disputes. Abuse of the dispute system will result in reduced buyer protections and potential account suspension.
• Not attempt to charge back a completed transaction through their bank or payment provider where the dispute was resolved on platform. Chargebacks circumventing our system may result in account termination.
• Use purchased accounts in compliance with the game developer's terms of service. We are not responsible for any in-game account actions taken by 2K Games.

Holy Service Market facilitates the sale of digital goods (NBA 2K26 game accounts and related services). By using our platform, you acknowledge the following:

• Holy Services is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NBA 2K, 2K Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, or the NBA.
• The buying and selling of game accounts may violate the terms of service of the underlying game. Users assume all risk of in-game penalties, bans, or account restrictions imposed by 2K Games.
• We make no guarantee regarding in-game value, competitive viability, or the continued availability of any in-game features, modes, or servers.
• Game developers may change, modify, or remove game content at any time. We are not responsible for changes to in-game features after a sale is completed.
• Digital goods have no guaranteed monetary value and may not be resold for equal or greater value than the purchase price.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOLY SERVICES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

We are not liable for losses arising from off-platform transactions, user fraud, game developer actions, internet outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification when required.
• Illegal activity or conduct that exposes us to legal liability.
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 24+ months may be archived).

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any pending escrow funds will be handled in accordance with our dispute process. Funds in active escrow at the time of termination for cause may be withheld pending investigation.

You may terminate your own account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not release you from obligations for transactions completed prior to termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Holy Services. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email and a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with changes to these Terms, you must stop using the platform before the effective date and may request account deletion.
