Requirements to stay active
We keep standards high so clients trust the platform and you get steady orders.
Identity verification through Stripe Connect is required before your first payout.
Maintain a 90% or higher job completion rate to keep grinder status active.
Respond to client messages within 24 hours of job acceptance.
Account credentials are shared through the platform's secure system only. Never ask for login info outside the platform.
All disputes are reviewed and resolved by Holy Services staff. The platform decision is final.
